"Still waiting on my order after two months"
I made a purchase on April 13, and here we are on May 9, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. There’s been zero word from the company about what’s going on.
I reached out to customer service today, and that’s when I found out that just one of my two items is going to be sent; the other one is out of stock. I asked for a refund while I was on the call - we’ll see if that actually goes through or if I’m just out $70.

"Awful support from the company"
Absolutely awful support from the company. I placed my order more than a month back - IT STILL HASN’T SHIPPED! After sending several emails, I finally received a response, and they informed me that a portion of my order might ship 'soon.' I’m done ordering from them. It’s no shocker they lack a BBB rating.

"Fraud Alert"
Total scam! I never got my stuff, and no one is responding to my emails or returning my calls. I placed my order on July 7th, and here we are on August 18th, still no sign of my items. Just a big waste of my time and cash. Seriously, steer clear of this place!

I used to be a loyal shopper, but not anymore. My recent order had two of the same items. Both were supposed to be medium, but one turned out to be a small or just faulty. I kept one and sent back the defective one, asking for a swap for the same product. The company says it didn’t pass their inspection. It was never worn, and the tags were still on it. I tried it on, only to find out it was the wrong size and/or had some material issues.
I’m really let down by the lousy customer service from Classic Shapewear. Just a heads up, you might run into similar problems with faulty items.

"No Stars - Dishonest Business"
I spent over $110 on some "final sale" items from this shady company, fully aware that returns weren't an option. However, one particular piece arrived with a noticeable flaw - a hole about an inch wide right in the front. I reached out to them and set up a return for a complete refund, including the shipping costs I had to cover. After a week of waiting, I called to check on the progress and was informed that their so-called "inspection department" looked at the item and claimed it was worn and damaged. If it was worn at all, it certainly wasn't by the person I meant to give it to. This is just their way of dodging responsibility and not doing right by their customers. I'm really frustrated that they won't give me back my $21, even after I made it clear that the item was never worn, especially due to the damage. They are thieves and should be shut down.

I've placed several orders, they're fast, sometimes with no shipping fees, and great deals. The products I've received are of good quality and fit nicely. They ship from the U.S., so I don't run into the problems I've experienced when ordering from Asia. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I have ordered a few times, they are quick, sometimes with free shipping, and good sales. The items I have ordered are good quality and fit well. They ship from the U.S., so there are none of the issues I have found ordering from Asia. I will certainly order again!

I'm a big fan of Classic Shapewear. Finding quality shapewear can be a challenge, but the variety they offer is simply incredible... plus, the reviews on their products are plentiful... shopping here is just pure delight. Their customer service is top-notch as well!!
